We create Leaders through the teaching of good personal and social skills. We’re not only identifying the challenges, we’re providing solutions. While we do not manage psychological and emotional trauma issues, we do support the idea of parents seeking therapy and other positive measures to help their daughters. For most of our girls, our teachings on developing healthy personal and social habits will provide keys to becoming women of confidence.

Paula Bond Brown is uniquely qualified to teach leadership skills including, self-improvement, personal development and social networking competencies to an underserved population of girls, ages 11 to 18. As a former High-Fashion European Model, former Miss California, former entertainment television Broadcaster and current ‘Live Event & Video’ Production Company owner, she is a role model who has lived what she now teaches.
